United Kingdom:

- Standard Delivery (5-7 Working Days) - £4.99
- Orders over £50.00  (Standard service 5-7 working days) - FREE
- Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days) - £8.99

Where we deliver to:

We accept orders with a shipping address in Northern Ireland & Great Britain. We do not accept orders placed for delivery to addresses in the Channel Islands (GY or JE postcodes), or on the Isle of Man (IM postcodes).

Scottish Highlands & Islands: Please note that a number of postcodes in the Scottish Islands & Highlands may be subject to an extended delivery period, or may not be possible. Please note that delivery to certain postcodes in the Scottish Highlands & Islands may result in a surcharge being applied. This will not always be the case, and in the event that we are required to add a surcharge to your postage costs we will always contact you first to confirm your desire to proceed with placing an order.

Republic of Ireland: At the present time we are unable to deliver orders to an address in the Republic of Ireland. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

International Delivery: We are at the present time unable to ship goods outside of Great Britain & Northern Ireland. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

BFPO - British Forces Postal Addresses: Unfortunately we are unable to accept orders placed for delivery to a BFPO address. Please accept our apologies for this.

Dispatch of Orders:

We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, and no later than the next working day from when you placed it (please note that we reserve the right to extend this dispatch period, and that it will not always be possible for us to dispatch orders within this timeframe).

We offer a range of delivery options – giving you flexibility over when you can expect to receive your order. We offer an economy service, and an express (1-2 working days) service.

Express Delivery:

Orders placed before Noon using our Express delivery service will be delivered in 1-2 working days (this excludes weekends and Bank/Public Holidays). Express delivery is applicable only to orders placed before Noon.

Saturday Delivery is not available, although our couriers may attempt to deliver to you on a Saturday.

We do not dispatch orders on Saturday/Sunday which will affect orders placed after noon on a Friday. Public/Bank Holidays may affect delivery speeds. Certain addresses in the Scottish Islands/Highlands may be exempt from Express delivery. Bulk orders (defined as any order containing 10 or more units of the same item) may be subject to a slight delay.

Dangerous Goods:

Please note that we are bound by the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002, which restrict the transport of dangerous goods by post. Certain items that are listed for sale on our website are available in limited quantities only. This includes aerosols, fragrances and nail polishes. If an order is placed for goods that are classified as dangerous and we are unable to process the order, we will contact you and will keep you informed about how we can proceed with processing your order.

Attempted & Non-Delivery:

Please note that a signature may be required for delivery of your order. In the event that you are not available to sign for your order, our courier may: (1) attempt to leave your order with a neighbour and obtain a signature from them for this, (2) take it to a local Royal Mail Delivery Office or their depot, for you to collect, or (3) make a second attempt at delivering your order to you. A card will be left following an attempted delivery, informing you where your order is being held for collection.

Should you believe that your order has not been delivered, despite Tracking Information that is provided by our courier advising that it has been delivered, we require you to do the following:

Check in any safe locations at your property; check with anyone at your property who may have received this on your behalf; check with a neighbour who may have received this on your behalf. Please notify us within 7 working days if your order has not arrived, following confirmation of its delivery by our courier.

Something Not Right?

Please notify us within 7 working days following delivery of your order if something's not right. We'll make it our priority to resolve it for you!

Incorrect Address:

We cannot be held responsible if your order has not arrived with you and an incorrect shipping address was provided when placing your order (however minor the mistake).
