What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect allows you to order and pay for items online, and then pick them up from our store - at your convenience.

How do I place a Click & Collect order?

Simply browse our online store, add items to your cart, and choose the “Click & Collect” option at checkout.

Is there a fee for using Click & Collect?

Our Click & Collect service is free. Please note that there is a minimum order amount for using this service - orders must be £10 or greater. 

When can I collect my order?

Orders are usually ready for collection within 5 days. You will receive notification by email when your order is ready.

What do I need to bring to collect my order?

Our staff will require your Order Number, Name and Address. 

Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

Yes, but they must be able to provide your Order Number, Name and Address.

What are your Click & Collect hours?

You can collect your order anytime during our Opening Hours. 

What happens if I don’t collect my order on time?

Orders not collected within 14 days will be cancelled and refunded. 

Can I change or cancel my Click & Collect order?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend this.
Cancellations must be made before the order is prepared, by emailing info@gordonsdirect.com

What if my order is missing an item or is damaged?

Contact us immediately at info@gordonsdirect.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Is Click & Collect available at all locations?

Click & Collect is available in selected stores only. These will be shown in your Shopping Cart.

1. Order Placement

Orders must be placed through our website. We are unable to accept an order placed by telephone.
All orders are subject to availability.

2. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
We accept most major credit/debit cards, along with PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

3. Order Confirmation

You will receive an Order Confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. Please review your order details carefully and contact us at info@gordonsdirect.com as soon as possible if you notice anything that's not correct.

4. Order Collection 

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Orders must be collected within 14 days from this notification. 
If your order is not collected within this time frame, it may be cancelled.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend this.
Cancellations must be made before the order is prepared, by emailing info@gordonsdirect.com 

6. Product Availability

All items sold at www.gordonsdirect.com are subject to availability.
If an item ordered is unavailable you will be refunded in full for this.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for orders collected by a third party, without proper authorisation.
Any damage or loss after collection is the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy.

9. Acceptance of Use
