Pharmacy First is a service commissioned by the Strategic Planning and Performance Group (SPPG) and is free of charge for patients.

Within the Pharmacy First: Uncomplicated Urinary Tract Infections (UTI) service, women aged 16-64 years are encouraged to visit their local pharmacy first rather than their GP with UTI symptoms.

Free, Discreet & Confidential

Following a private consultation the pharmacist will give advice and, if appropriate, supply medication free of charge, or refer the patient to the GP if necessary.
