Lemsip Max Cold & Flu sachets are a non-drowsy hot flavoured drink, that provides warming relief from cold and flu. Lemsip Max Cold & Flu contains a combination of ingredients which are effective in relieving symptoms associated with colds and flu.

Body aches.
Blocked nose.
Sore throat.

How to use

Pour one sachet of powder into a mug and fill with hot but not boiling water. Stir until dissolved. If preferred sweeten to taste with sugar, honey or your usual sweetener.

Adults and children over 12 years: 1 sachet every 4-6 hours. Do not exceed 4 sachets in 24 hours.

Do not give to children under the age of 12, except on medical advice.

    Hazards and Cautions

    Contains paracetamol. Do not take with any other paracetamol containing product.
    Do not exceed the stated dose.

    If symptoms persist consult your doctor.

    Active Ingredients: Paracetamol (1000 mg), Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (12.2 mg). Other Ingredients: Ascorbic acid, caster sugar, sucrose, citric acid anhydrous, sodium citrate, honey & ginger flavor, aspartame, saccharin sodium, natural carotene, curcumin, caramel (E150).
