MooGoo Natural Moothpaste is a Flouride-Free toothpaste, formulated instead with Calcium Hydroxyapatite (HA) - a remineralising Fluoride substitute. Like Fluoride, Calcium Hydroxyapatite helps remineralise teeth by repairing small cracks and scratches, so that the cracks do not attract bacteria and lead to decay. MooGoo Natural Moothpaste provides the benefits of Fluoride to those that prefer not to use this ingredient.

Because MooGoo make their products for their own families, they adopt a strict 'ingredient philosophy' that excludes ingredients like Parabens, Phenoxyethanol and penetration enhancers.
