Natures Aid Cod Liver Oil provides Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA which contribute to the normal function of the heart.

Cod Liver Oil is an excellent source of Vitamins A and D which contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D also contributes to the maintenance of normal teeth, bones and muscle function, whilst Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and vision.

Each softgel capsule provides 254 mg Omega-3 fatty acids - including 80 mg EPA and 90 mg DHA; and 800µg Vitamin A and 5µg Vitamin D.

Natures Aid Cod Liver Oil is sourced from the North Atlantic Ocean, and has been molecularly distilled to remove pollutants such as heavy metals (including mercury), dioxins and PCBs to ensure ultimate purity.
