Natures Aid Complete Multi-Vitamins & Minerals for general wellbeing is formulated to include 50µg selenium.

This complete multivitamin and mineral supplement provides all your essential daily nutrients, including:

- Selenium to support the maintenance of normal hair and nails, normal thyroid function and to protect the cells of the body against oxidative stress.
- Calcium & Magnesium for the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function.
- Iron for the formation of normal red blood cells.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Take 1 tablet per day with food.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
