Symprove Daily Essential in Strawberry and Raspberry flavour is a four-week programme containing 4 x 500 ml of Symprove liquid drink. Symprove Strawberry & Raspberry contains the same active ingredients as Symprove Original, which help support the gut microbiome, but with a fruity taste for those who prefer a different flavour.

Symprove is a multi-strain non-dairy drink containing lactic acid bacteria to maintain digestive health and replenish 'friendly' bacteria in the gut. The four species of naturally occurring bacteria are grown on an extract of germinated barley. The four species of live bacterial cultures in Symprove are: L. rhamnosus, planatarum, acidophilus and E. faecium.
